Lead Organiser
Driving the overall vision and strategic direction of the Expo.
Background: communication professional with 30+ years of experience spanning event organisation, television, and media development. His career includes work as a TV correspondent and co-founding/serving as CEO of a national Italian TV network, bringing editorial expertise and valuable networking skills.
Ivan Gatto
Sports Director & Ambassador
Leading the sports programme, athlete relations, and competitive integrity.
Background: former Italian professional basketball player, born in Treviso in 1978. Trained in the United States and played NCAA Division I basketball at Weber State University, where he earned a degree in Communication. Went on to a professional career in Italy, Greece, and Spain, and represented the Italian National Team, including the 3x3 squad at the World Championship.
Rudi Bringtown
Experience Design and Organisation
Designing the event experience and supporting the project development
Background: 20+ years' experience as a serial intrapreneur leading transformation programs in large companies, creating and launching new products and services for high-profile clients in the UK and Luxembourg. He brings a wealth of experience from his numerous sectors of activity including Retail, Citizen mobility, Banking, Insurance, Private Aviation, Pharmaceuticals and Not-for-profit.
Roger Calleja
Exhibition Director
Ensuring the PR and overall coordination and smooth running of the venue throughout the event.
Background: former extreme kitesurfer with over 30 years in the aviation industry, who went on to build a successful career as an entrepreneur. Now 54, his greatest focus is philanthropy—supporting charitable initiatives, leading forestation projects, and working to open a school in Ghana.
